2014年起，由上海博华国际展览有限公司发起举办的“上海国际潮流饮品创意制作大赛”（简称：潮饮大赛），经历过了11届的累积，已经获得饮品业及大众的认知。大赛通过限定赞助商原料和自由发挥制作创意饮品，激发饮品研发人员的创造能力，通过对潮流饮品的竞技和诠释，共同传播茶饮文化，带动饮品市场发展，引领行业新趋势。

十年走来，潮饮大赛沉淀了无数的故事和闪耀时刻，为促进潮饮赛道的人才培养、带动潮饮赛道的产品创新、推动国内潮饮赛道的发展进步，做出了持续贡献。

Since 2014, the Shanghai International Fashion Drinks Competition (abbreviated as: Fashion Drinks Competition), initiated and organized by Shanghai Sinoexpo Informa Markets International Exhibition Co., Ltd., has gained recognition from both tea drinks industry and the public after 11 consecutive editions.

The competition stimulates the creativity of fashion drinks developers by utilizing specified sponsored ingredients and freely creating innovative fashion drinks. Through the competition and interpretation of fashion drinks, it jointly promotes tea culture, drives the development of the fashion drinks market, and leads new trends in the industry. Over the past decade, Fashion Drinks Competition has accumulated countless stories and shining moments. It has made continuous contributions to promoting talent cultivation in the fashion drinks track, driving product innovation, and advancing the development of the domestic fashion drinks industry.

The “Shanghai International Trendy Beverage Creative Production Competition,” having accumulated experience over 11 editions, has gained significant recognition within the beverage industry and among the general public.

By limiting the use of sponsored ingredients while encouraging creative freedom, the competition inspires beverage developers to unleash their creativity. Through the competition and interpretation of trendy beverages, it promotes tea culture, drives the development of the beverage market, and leads new industry trends.

Over the past decade, the Trendy Beverage Competition has accumulated countless stories and shining moments, making continuous contributions to fostering talent in the trendy beverage sector, driving product innovation, and advancing the development of the domestic trendy beverage industry.

In its 12th season, the competition has traversed eight regions: Chengdu, Nanning, Hangzhou, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Quanzhou, and Sanya. A total of 32 highly creative mixologists have been selected and will gather at the national finals to compete for the prestigious title of China’s Champion in an exciting showdown!

The 12th Season Trendy Drinks Competition has, for the first time, introduced an overseas division: the Thailand Division. At the 2025 World Trendy Drinks Elite Competition, in addition to the winning contestants from the national finals of the 12th Season Trendy Drinks Competition and the Thailand Division, confirmed participants also include top mixologists from Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia. They will gather on the trendy drinks stage to compete for the prestigious title of “2025 World Trendy Drinks Elite Champion.”

The 2025 World Trendy Drinks Elite Competition is not only an international platform for mixologists from around the globe to showcase their skills and the charm of tea-based beverages, but it also serves as a rare opportunity for industry exchange and innovative breakthroughs in the context of the growing trend of ready-made tea drinks expanding overseas. The 2025 HOTELEX Rising Star Chef—China International Young Chef Competition, building on the legacy of its previous eight editions, will undergo a fresh transformation in 2025. Both the logo and promotional materials have been upgraded. Contestants will no longer be limited to culinary students; chefs from hotels and cooking enthusiasts are also eligible to participate. Additionally, this year will see the inclusion of international competitors, allowing participants to experience a wider array of culinary creations from different countries, thereby enhancing the competition’s appeal. The workstations for the Young Chef Challenge will be set up in accordance with the standards of the World Association of Chefs’ Societies, providing a more professional platform for the competitors. The Young Chef Challenge aims to establish itself as the premier evaluation and showcase platform within the national Western culinary industry.
